The Owner - Gabriele Celi

Farmer, Entrepreneur, Quality Assurance

  • I am Gabriele Celi , founder and owner of VeroBelloBio (CF: CLEGRL92D10H501Y), born and raised in the fields of Villanova (RM).
    Direct Experience Since 2015 : I have personally managed 3.5 hectares of organic land with olive groves and vegetable gardens since 2015
  • Certified Training : "Organic and Sustainable Agriculture" Course (Rome Agricultural Institute, 2022)
  • Certification in progress : ICEA application for organic conversion submitted in June 2025 (protocol available upon request)
  • Legal Transparency : I operate as a sole proprietorship with VAT number in the process of being registered (file no. 4582912 at the Rome Revenue Agency)

Our History

2022: The Idea

After years of growing for family and friends, I decided to make the products of my land accessible to everyone.

2023: The Turning Point

First 50 loyal customers in Villanova. Hand deliveries by van. Feedback: "You can really taste the land."

2024: Growth

I'm increasing the cultivated area. I'm launching online sales to cover the Roman hinterland.

2025: The Certification

I am submitting the ICEA application for official organic certification. Objective: completion by June 2026 .
